This is functionally similar to the front panel normally included with the PRL-MRK-3-1, with 12 cutouts for mounting any MMI with a 1.3” x 2.9” cross-section (PRL-970 series). To mount a module, remove the 4 screws from one endplate, place the MMI inside the panel cutout, and then secure it to the panel with the endplate screws.
Up to 12 modules and/or adapter plates may be mounted in the front panel. Power supplies must be mounted separately.
Handles are included, but the holes for the power indicator LED and chassis mounting screws are left open.
Please note that this panel may not be compatible with all PRL-MRK-3-1 assemblies, as chassis mounting holes have moved between revisions. This panel should be treated as a standalone part and not as a replacement part.
