Logic Level Translators
Applications:
- Self-contained, high-speed modules enable interconnections among different logic families
- Comparator modules convert very small signals or sinewaves to logic levels
- Oscilloscope modules allow connection of NECL/PECL/LVPECL circuits to ground-referenced instruments
Features:
- Differential or single-ended inputs
- Differential outputs (except PRL-470A)
- 2 channels per module (550 series has 4 ch./module) for synchronous CLK/DATA translation
- Output fmax up to 3 GHz
- All modules are also line drivers, and can drive long cables
- Includes AC power adapter
