Pulse Research Lab Forum Community Guidelines

Be Polite & Respectful:
We encourage our community members to be critical of our products, albeit in a constructive manner. We recognize that such comments, when made positively, stem from the same passion that the Pulse Research Lab ("PRL") team shares for product innovation. However, please do not post content that is abusive, bigoted, vulgar, obscene, hateful, fraudulent, misrepresentative, antagonistic, or outright toxic in nature.
This is a support forum, so descriptions of problems with or shortcomings of PRL products are to be expected. Factual comparison with other vendors' products, features, and performance is also welcome and permitted, but advertising or blatant promotion of our competitors is not.
Stay on Topic:
This community is intended to be a space where our users can share their unique experiences with PRL products and services, and directly express to our team how both can be improved. Please do not post non-topical material, such as political and religious statements, advertisements, promotional materials, or spam. None of these help us support your needs.
Write a concise and descriptive title for your post. "Help!" is unlikely to get answered, but "How to drive 50 Ohm load to 5 V?" or "Adding BNC Tee causes duplicate pulses?" is very likely to get answered.
Respect Your Privacy & That of Others:
Do not reveal, or threaten to reveal, your or someone else's personally identifiable information (e.g., home address, SSN, banking information, etc.) to other community members, especially when solicited to do, so or when accepting direct help from other users.
Your account should only be used by you and should not be shared with anyone else.
Keep it Legal.
Use of this forum is subject to both the Pulse Research Lab Support Community Use Agreement and the Pulse Research Lab Website Terms of Use.
Don’t post content that is illegal, spreads viruses or malware, or promotes other illegal activities. Discussions disclosing unofficial firmware and unpatched vulnerabilities are prohibited for the protection of PRL and its customers.
Do not submit or upload any protected information, as defined here.
Help Us Keep the Community Clean:
If you see a post that violates these rules, please report it to our moderators by emailing forum@pulseresearchlab.com. We review all reports and take action where appropriate. To enforce our community rules, we reserve the right to review and remove user-generated content, add account restrictions and temporarily or permanently suspend user accounts, as well as perform other necessary actions.
